The Padded Wall is a great addition to my gym. It is very easy to set up, I lean it against the rack only needing to use 2 of the Velcro straps and when done just lean it against a wall to store. The rebound of the medicine ball is just right and the noise is minimal just enough for the necessary effect. All in all one of the best additions I have made to my gym. Great product Pete M.
A bit hopeful when purchased, and slightly disappointed when I received it. It's bulky. The straps are solid, but the use of J-hooks, spotter arms are essential if you are looking to throw seriously into this. If you do, it sounds like you are cutting through rebar in a foundation slab (aka very loud). Nothing will substitute for a Cinder block wall for throw, and while this attempt is valiant, it misses the mark.
The design is simple and effective. Adding a pin for the platform to rest on would address the sliding issue noted in the comments. AbMat has an established record of manufacturing durable equipment.
It slides down my rack. The Velcro on the straps are not long enough so I cannot tighten it down to my rack.

Very easy to install on a rig. Works perfectly delivering what it is meant to do. Pleased with purchase.
